Wines By The Glass
Octagon is not your typical steakhouse. It is edgy, and both the content and layout of the wine list reflects that. The wines are arranged by region, and each reflects a diversity of styles, varietals and flavor. Considerations such as drinkablity, fruit content, complexity, finish, and value all play a role in determining our offerings. In the end, the wines we offer not only go well with the food we serve, but they are our top choices in a given flavor profile.
Cruvinet Wines By the Glass
Our Cruvinet System has been a feature since opening. The system works by extracting Oxygen from the wine bottle and replacing it with Nitrogen to extend the life of an open bottle of wine. For our guests this means that we can offer some fantastic, high end wines by the glass at an affordable price.
